MessagePay

Our newest and most convenient payment option is MessagePay. This service allows you to make payments using an external account with ease.

Benefits of MessagePay:

• Use your debit card or ACH from your bank or credit union for a fee of $6.99.
• Secure encrypted information ensures your data is protected.
• Convenient payment options via website, online/mobile banking.
• Payments accepted from checking accounts, savings accounts, and debit cards.

MessagePay Setup Instructions:

1. Set Up Your Account:
   • Enter your account number and date of birth.
   • Create a 4-digit PIN for future verification.
   • Store your PIN securely.
2. Add Preferred Payment Method:
   • Select “Add New Debit Card” or “Add New Bank Account” to input your information securely.
   • Once successful, you’ll see a “Payment Method Success” message and be redirected to the payment portal.
3. Make a Payment:
   • View all your loans and select your preferred payment method in the payment portal.

You can utilize the bill pay function within online banking. In the mobile app “bill pay” can be found by clicking on the “transfer” tab. Within the desktop site, bill pay can be accessed by logging in and clicking “Transfer Funds”. Bill pay is listed as an option from that screen.

Automatic Payment Option

Automatic Transfer Program

Our in-house transfer program allows you to set up recurring transfers between your accounts within Las Colinas FCU.

Automatic Transfer Choices:

• Loan Payments: From your savings or checking accounts.
• Internal Transfers: From savings, checking, or Money Market to any account within the credit union.

Transfer Frequencies:

• Monthly Payments: Same day each month.
• Semi-Monthly Payments: 1st and 15th of each month.
• Bi-Weekly Payments: Every 14 days.

If the transfer date falls on a weekend or holiday, the transfer will occur on the next business day.

Can I make a payment on my loans through my online and mobile banking account?

Yes, you can make a payment directly from your Las Colinas FCU account by logging into Online Banking. There’s no fee for making transfer payments through Online Banking.
